Return Window:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, and in their original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Check your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
Return your item first. Once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal:
For orders within the EU, you may withdraw or return goods within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must meet the same conditions above.
Refunds:
We notify you when the return is received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
